Lilcat trackers have a built-in SIM - like your phone - that uses cellular networks to send you location information. Any fees required to do so are covered by your subscription. That way, you enjoy unlimited range worldwide.

When does my subscription start?

You can choose a subscription in the Lildog app as soon as you receive the tracker in the mail. We will send the tracker to you the same day Monday-Friday!

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but it will not automatically renew. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all subscriptions.

Do I need a Lilcat GPS tracker for my subscription?

Yes. Each subscription is linked to a single tracker. If you have multiple cats, you can choose our family subscription and have up to 4 cats/trackers on one subscription.
